AI-driven Personalization Platform to Maximize Online Conversions
Kameleoon is a personalization technology platform for real-time omnichannel optimization and conversion. With features including A/B testing, user segmentation, customer behavior tracking and real-time data, Kameleoon helps businesses to increase online conversions and maximize revenue.
Kameleoon allows businesses to personalize their user experience and monitor the results through A/B testing. Users can create personalized experiences based on understanding the real-time probability that visitors will convert calculated by Kameleoon's machine learning engine (through the Kameleoon Conversion Score™) or by setting custom criteria.
Potential leads and conversions can be targeted with real time individual messages and content, with notifications or popups triggered to target users about to drop out of the sales funnel, for instance. In order to monitor performance, Kameleoon allows users to carry out continuous A/B tests. Multivariate tests can also be deployed in order to test multiple combinations and allocate the best performing options to the most appropriate user segments.

Jean-René has over 20 years of international experience in the digital and software industries. In the space of three years, he has turned the young start-up - Kameleoon - from a pioneer in online conversion optimization, into the European leader in personalization.
Previously, Jean-René founded a web agency that he ran for over 10 years. He began his career in the United States as a Marketing Director in various international companies.
Jean-René holds an MBA from Northeasthern University in Boston (Massachusetts, United States) and is a graduate of the Sup de Co business school in Reims (France). Involved in the Réseau Entreprendre and CroissancePlus networks, serving as Vice-President for the latter for 5 years, he supports many entrepreneurs in their development plans in France and abroad.
Martin is responsible for driving Kameleoon’s growth in the UK and Northern Europe. He has
over 10 years of experience in ecommerce and web optimization with both agencies and technology providers.
Previously, he has held senior management positions at CX agency Biglight, ecommerce software provider Greenlight, digital retail agency Salmon (now part of Wunderman Thompson Commerce), SAP and 3Com.
Michael is responsible for all of Kameleoon’s activities in German-speaking Europe. Based in Offenburg, in the Black Forest, he heads a growing team that manages all clients and prospects in the DACH region. As well over 10 years of sales and consulting experience, he has held senior roles at Burda Direct and Kesselhaus GmbH.
A passionate football player, he loves motivating people and managing customers. He also lectures at multiple universities, sharing his deep knowledge and experience of conversion rate optimization and business administration.
Michael holds an Executive MBA degree from the University St. Gallen in Switzerland.
Jean-Noël is the founder of Kameleoon and an internationally recognized expert in AI innovation and software development. In a twist on Silicon Valley norms, rather than a garage he began developing Kameleoon’s software in an attic! He took on the role of CTO in 2014 to focus on the next wave of innovation he wanted to bring to the platform, particularly around AI-based personalization. He currently lives in Moscow, Russia, where he heads our R&D teams.
With over 15 years of experience Jean-Noël’s main expertise lies in creating innovative products and companies, and then managing the teams that will allow them to grow successfully.
He holds Masters degrees in Computer Science from both the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada and the École Polytechnique in France.
Anne-Claire joined Kameleoon in March 2019. Prior to this she spent three years as Marketing Director at leading international customer experience software vendor Eptica.
She has spent the past 15 years helping companies in all sectors define their brand strategy and implement their marketing plans, both as an independent consultant and as part of larger agencies.
Anne-Claire is a Sciences Po graduate and holds a DEA (equivalent M.Phil) in Political Science from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Frédéric has over 14 years of experience in the software industry. He joined Kameleoon seven years ago as its first Chief Customer Officer, managing our Customer Success and Professional Services teams. He is now Kameleoon’s Chief Product Officer, managing our product strategy.
Previously, Frédéric co-founded a web startup that he ran for 2 years before joining Kameleoon.
Frédéric holds a Master of Commerce (MCom) from the Australian Graduate School of Business (Sydney, UNSW, Australia) and is a graduate of ESIEE Paris (France).
